* Produced by stone milling
the whole wheat grain contains the bran and germ as well as the endosperm.
* Rich in dietary fibre.
Uses: Has a medium brown colour and gives a hearty flavour and robust texture to
baked goods. Suitable to breads and heavier cake and pastry recipes - may need to
combine with other wheat flours for lighter loaves of bread, or to reduce quantities for
some cake and pastry recipes.

* Produced by stone milling
the whole wheat grain and adding the leavening agents 450 & 500 acceptable
additives under strict organic standards.
* Rich in dietary fibre.
Uses: Has a medium brown colour and gives a hearty flavour and robust texture to
baked goods. Suitable for cakes and some pastries - may need to reduce quantities in
some recipes.

* Produced by stone milling
the whole wheat grain & removing 80 % of the bran &germ - it therefore
contains 20 % more dietary fibre than white flour.
* No bleaching or further refinement
Uses: Suitable for most everyday cooking needs Excellent results with bread
making, either on its own or in a combination with other wheat flours

agents 45 and 500 - acceptable additives under strict organic standards
* No bleaching or further refrinement
Uses: Has a creamy colour, is more flavoursome and has a slightly stronger texture
than other white self raising flours. Very suitable for cakes and pastries.
